Pregnancy?: Pregnancy does happen in rare cases after tubes are tied. If this hasn't happened before, you should get a blood test to make sure you are not pregnant. Its also possible that you didn't ovulate this month. Anovulation months are more common as you enter your 40s. Best wishes!
