It's no problem to: combine Ativan with anti vert, however, you may experience some sedation,so ,no driving. Many Doc's prefer Xanax (alprazolam) to treat panic attack due to its rapid onset of action and peak blood levels. All of this should be reviewed with your treating physician,as with any contemplated medication adjustment.

Antivert (meclizine) effects: Antivert (meclizine) is to treat motion sickness and vertigo. Anxiety attack is not a common side effect of Antivert (meclizine). It may cause anxiety symptoms- tightness in the chest, fast heartbeat, shortness of breath. Using Ativan with Antivert (meclizine) may increase dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, and difficulty concentrating. See Physician for Diagnosis of Vertigo and Anxiety; discuss medications benefits, side effects.
