A member asked:

I'm having pain in my pelvic floor, it worsens while walking or standing too long, i'm not pregnant and i don't have any std's. ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pelvic floor problem: Particularly if you have had a baby, you might be experiencing "relaxation" of the pelvic floor. This means the muscles of the pelvic floor need strengthening. Kegel exercises may help you (look these up on Google). There is even physical therapy now to help with this problem. The first step, though, is the right diagnosis. See your doctor.
