Ear Infection: Treated with or without antibiotics, generally 2-3 days. Most ear infections are caused by viruses. I hope you feel better soon.

Depends: The viral ones clear in a few days. The bacterial ones take up to 2-3 months, unless your infection invades the bone behind the ear resulting in a abscess that need surgical drainage. Most will heal without complications, so you might get lucky.It may hurt for quite a while.
