Yes: there are some diseases that can cause internal scarring that sperm can not get though, so even if sperm is made it can't get out.

Here are some ...: Most of STDs such as gono, trichomonas, chlamydia, herpes, HPV, syphilis, HIV, hapatitis-B, etc. would not cause male infertility except few case of severe epididymo-orchitis which may affect the sperm transportation and even production. Otherwise, no. More? Seek professional evaluation and counseling timely.
