Probably infected: Most likely you have a secondary bacterial infection. Wash with nitrogen 2 percent salicylic acid wash. then apply a small amount of neosporin cream, (neomycin and polymyxin b) not ointment and 2% cortisone cream mixed then cover with a banded ad repeat daily for a week
