Maybe: A brown clumpy discharge while on birth control pills can be a normal period, a vaginal infection (even if you aren't sexually active, yeast infections are more common on birth control pills), or break through bleeding because you are still adjusting to being on the pill, you took a pill late, or another medicine is interferring with the pill.Hope there is something that rings a bell for u in this
