Could be good: It may be a good sign that the periods have returned but it may just be a fluke. If they come back regular, then it is a good thing. If not, it may be a good idea to see your doctor about going back on them. Since PCOS is usually caused by underlying metabolic problem, lifestyle changes such as weight loss, low carbs and exercise may sometimes help restore your cycle.
