Normal: Nocturnal emissions, colloquially called "wet dreams", are completely normal. While they may be a bit embarrassing, they are not dangerous. I do not think that masturbation affects their frequency. Women and girls have them too, though to a lesser extent. Relax. Rejoice that your body is having a normal sexual response.
