How can i alleviate disabling migraine headaches?

Migraine neurologist: Given your age and your likely lack of other symptoms, your headaches are almost certainly migraines. I would suspect that you are taking something like Ibuprofen or excedrin which has put you into a rebound/medication overuse cycle. You should see a neurologist who can get you on the right meds; you need to be on a good preventative agent as well as a good acute agent (ie a triptan ie imitrex).

Depends: Consider checking B12 levels. I have seen improvement with oral b2 and magnesium and high dose injectable b12.
