Size doesn't really: matter. It depends on the quality of the marijuana used (how much THC was in it), how much the individual smoked, and how much time has elapsed between the use and the testing. So, without that information, there is no way to know. If you are being tested, you can obtain the same kind of test in any pharmacy and test yourself and find out. Costs about $15.
