Talk to your doctor : Although it is possible for Imipramine to delay orgasm, the use of SSRI' s such as fluoxetine might work better. Imipramine has been used to treat nocturnal enuresis. I have never prescribed it for any sexual disorders. Talk to your doctor about your options. It might help to see a therapist for premature ejaculation as many cases are psychological in nature.
