Does pulmicort provide bronchoprotection?

Dr. John Chiu answered

Often: If the airway inflammation is from eosinophilic action (usually linked to allergy), pulmicort usually can reduce the inflammation which causes airway narrowing. If it is from neutrophilic inflammation , then it won't do much . Sorry that I have to use so many medical terms.
