Postural condition- both hands tremble upright with hyperthyroid symptoms. lying down much less so. bp normal, not diabetic, not hyper. eating no chg?

Clarification?: Are you hyperthyroid or do you just feel like you have hyperthyroid symptoms? If you haven't been diagnosed by a physician, you should do so. The trembling hands may represent "benign familial tremor" which runs in families and, while annoying, isn't a serious condition. Or, it could be a warning sign of something more serious. Please see your doctor.
