Pulse check: it could be something as simple as muscle contractions or fasciculations in the chest wall or something more concerning like Atrial Fibrillation. Please check your pulse at the wrist or neck during the next episode...if the pulse is irregular you should get into your doctors office asap. If the pulse is normal it is still a good idea to be seen by your doctor but it would not need to be urgent.
