Add 280 days: We generally add 280 days from the first day of your last menstrual period. This gives us your due date, when we would expect you to be 40 weeks pregnant. Can then count back from that date on a calendar to see roughly how far along you are in your pregnancy. However, this method has a general error of +/- about 2 weeks. Hope this helps.
