Depends: are you on hormonal birth control? If so then the bleed you have between cycles may continue to get lighter and lighter. Yif you are on the pill or patch or ring, that " bleed " one has between cycles is actually not a period" , you don't actually menstruate since you don't ovulate, but do have bleeding if the progesterone component is stopped.
