Yes: Babies can be delivered vaginally even over 10 lbs. Some larger babies may cause difficulty with delivery however. Do not rely on the estimated size to determine if the baby can be delivered vaginally as size estimates in the 3rd trimester can be inaccurate. Rely on your obstetrician's experience!
