Dietary changes: Try making dietary changes such as reducing the amount of caffeine and soda, decreasing amount of gassy vegetables, beans or other foods that tend to exacerbate your symptoms. Try taking over the counter medications for gas relief if you are in any discomfort.

Some ideas...: It could be that you are swallowing air! People do this by drinking through straws or sports bottles with straw-like spouts. If you drink a lot of carbonated beverages, you may be taking in gas from soft drinks = and then burping the gas up. If these fit, see if eliminating these factors help. They won't hurt! Good luck.
