No but: I'd suspect something in the dental adhesive than the denture itself if it does.

No, But...: There are some things to consider. Type of acrylic used in denture, Type of polishing materials - pumice and hi-shine polish. What it might have been disinfected with after finishing. Any latex allergies which would be affected by handling with latex gloves. Any adhesives used. If none of these seem to fit, check with your Dentist and the lab and an Allergy MD. Good Luck.
