Yes: Inactive ingredients, though they don't contribute to the active ingredients effects, can cause allergic reactions, GI upset and other problems. Milk sugar (lactose) is often used as well as soybeans (not necessarily in tablets but possibly in topical or oral liquids. With the large number of people allergic to nuts, milk, etc make sure to read the inactive ingredients very carefully Good Luck
