Hard situation: You would have to discuss this with your ob/gyn specialist. Tylenol (acetaminophen) seems to be a safe bet during pregnancy but discuss it first with your doctor. NSAID on the other hand should be avoided during pregnancy. If you are too paranoid, use heat or cold packs.
