Over thinking : U have to look at patient first before the blood work. WBC is normal , so if patient is well, no need to go further. The % of WBC can vary so a consistent pattern is more important. Platelet count normal. Lab range of values is a guide & outliers are not unusual. Consult your doctor for further guidance.
