To Flow or not?: You have left out several important pieces of information that would be very helpful to advise you on this ? How old are you, are you sexually active and do you use a form of birth control the most prevents pregnancy. If you are young sexually active and don't use birth control pregnancy is very high on this list of what could be causing this. Take a home Pregnancy test. That will help.
