What would cause a fluttering feeling in middle of abdomen? this seems to happen everyday but i don't know what it could be?

Probably nothing : there are muscle twitches that can be bothersome . The midline is an unusual location but possible. The intestines inside don't contract fast enough to cause twitches. It seems a superficial abdominal wall muscle sensation. It doesn't mean anything dangerous.
