Vague: Hard to say without a history and exam. Has this occurred before. Are there certain foods, beverages, supplements, meds, activities that may bring this on. Keep a journal and note when this occurs and what you might have eaten, etc. prior.

Anxiety: A fluttering feeling in lower abdomen is unlikely to represent a serious illness. You may be having tiny muscle spasms(twitches) in some of the abdominal muscles. These are usually temporary and are felt to be due to stress or anxiety. It's likely that it will stop if you don't focus on it. As always advised, see your physician if your symptoms persist.
