I have a left sided headache that lasts for days. it is not as bad as an actual migraine but it's still noticeable and hinders my focus from studying.

Evaluation needed: Recurrent and persistent headaches should be evaluated to determine the source. This could be simply due to stress or poor vision, however, there may be many more serious problems that must be evaluated. Headache is usually a symptom of something else that must be assessed. I recommend an evaluation by a neurologist.
