Arthritis is common: If the joints feel tight and stiff as if making a fist feels like they are sponges that need to be squeezed out and as you tighten the fist it hurts a bit...Well that is often how early mildarthritis feels, especially in the am or if the hand is cold. While there is no cure so to speak one can treat the symptoms or the results of the disease
