Bloody stool.: Blood in the stool is never normal. There are lots of potential causes, ranging from inconsequential bleeding from a small hemorrhoid, to severe causes like ulcers or cancer. There is no way to tell the cause of bleeding without an evaluation. You should see your primary care doctor for guidance. You may need to see a gastroenterologist also. Do not ignore this. Good luck.
