Slight headache that started in the afternoon and kept on into the evening. now it's really throbbing. what is the best remedy? i don't get them often

Do you have a fever: Since headaches are uncommon for you you need to consider seeing a physician. You may have a fever and Tylenol (acetaminophen) can help that. But there are other internal neurological problems that may need to be evaluated by a neurologist. We worry about inflammation in the brain like meningitis, or a blood vessel problem. This needs attention since the headache is getting worse.
