Plantar fasciitis?: It could be a condition called post-static dyskinesia which is related to plantar fasciitis, commonly known as heel spurs. When after being sedentary (seated/lying down) for usually 10-15 minutes or more, the plantar fascia (ligament on the bottom of your foot) tightens, which makes it difficult and painful to move. It can be treated with anti-inflammatory medication and physical therapy.
