Stretch marks: Unfortunately stretch marks can only be "removed" by removing the damaged skin. The appearance can be improved with various treatments, but they are still present. Stretch marks come from rips in the deeper layer of skin from rapid growth or stretch. The outer surface of skin stays intact. Some people have more elastic skin that is less prone to stretch marks but more prone to sagging.
