A member asked:

If i have iron defeiency anemia should i eat white bread and avoid whole grain bread?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not really: The choice of bread is not so important. I recommend you take an iron supplement and eat iron rich sources of food rather than focus on the type of bread. A lot of breads are fortified anyhow.
