Fordyce Spots: these are normal sebaceous glands and are part of the normal structure. There is no need for treatment. They do not cause itching. Your itching may be caused by something else. Keep yourself clean and dry. Your may have a fungus for witch OTC lamisil (terbinafine) should work. If it persists see your doctor
