Remidie to red dots on my face?

Hard to say: Without actually seeing the red dots to better understand what they are. Be aware some red dots are related to small vascular abnormalities(mostly benign) that home remedies will not resolve.

Depends: On what they are. Need to be evaluated for diagnosis to know what treatment is appropriate.
