A 16-year-old female asked:
how do i know for sure i'm pregnant without taking a test?

Why not a test?: What is your reservation about taking a test? It does not have to be a blood test. Urine test, done correctly, at about a week after a missed period is generally accurate. Ultrasound examination is an other way to detect pregnancy. Or you could wait for the baby to grow and feel the baby kicking as well as feel the body parts of the baby. See a doctor, given your young age.

Stay active: I know it sounds silly but make sure you exercise everyday. It will keep your stamina up and help with the fatigue. The less you do........The less you can do.

Back alignment: During pregnancy, a woman's spine begins to curve in a different way. Also the extra weight is distributed unevenly and tends to pull on the back muscles.
