What can be used for bad stomach?

Need more info pls: Your question is too nonspecific & offers no help re: quality or intensity of pain, signs, risks. GI problems run the spectrum from cancer to infection, inflammation, ischemia, metabolic disorders, motility issues, malabsorption/ maldigestion, stress, & even problems outside the GI tract. Please help with more info--happy to assist if we know what "Bad stomach" means & in what context.
