With omeprazole: You can take the Aleve (naproxen) occasionally if taken along with Omeprazole. Keep the amount you take to the minimum. This helps minimize side effects. If you develop any worsening symptoms of abdominal pain, reflux, you should discontinue the medication. Remember also that if you have any kidney issues avoid medications like aleve (naproxen).
