Here are some ...: Apparently, you have been advised to receive empirical Rx for both so to minimize the odd of partner cross-over reinfection; in practice, it's reasonable. Of note, 75% of females and 50% of males with chlamydia infection are asymptomatic. So, bear with it and work closely with Doc at this time. If you indeed have concern, ask Doc directly as needed.
