Stomaches: Stomach aches only at night suggest some indigestion or intolerance to food perhaps eaten at suppertime. Inflammatory problems like gastritis or peptic ulcer don't appear likely as symptoms are only in the nighttime. Gall bladder problems or simple indigestion are possibilities.
