Dieting: What type of "diet" are you using. I would suggest a lifestyle change and a balanced diet. Exercise thirty minutes a day, five days a week. Nutrition: stop eating processed foods! Limit your intake of sugar. Eat a variety of fresh vegetables and fruits. Eat grass fed beef once a week, free range chicken and line caught fish.
