Gastroenterologist: It can take up to one year for menstrual cycles to return to normal after Depoprovera. If your vomiting was caused by pregnancy then your hormone level would be high enough for detection. You test is negative so you are not pregnant. See a gastroenterologist to evaluate unexplained vomiting not triggered by nausea.

Recheck preg: Recheck your pregnancy test waiting one week for the urine or getting a serum test now. Prolonged delay in the rerun of menses after use of Depo is not uncommon. It is also possible that the nausea may be caused by something else. If the pregnancy test, see your physician about other causes.
