Time for work-up: If u have been trying to conceive for 4 years without success, it is time to start a work-up. To begin with, u need to know if u r ovulating and he is producing sperm. A semen analysis (sperm count) will tell about the sperm and ovulation predictor kits can help u know if u r ovulating ( the answer is usually yes if your periods r regular). Beyond that, u need a GYN or fertility specialist.
