No drugs: try some back exercises, bending a few inches while lying on back and then on face, 10 tomes each. once u reach 30 u may not have any walk ihr a day, these will increase ur muscle tone and will act like a brace. i am sure u will ne pain free, let me know in a month. u may be pian free. Avoid pain clinics, they will give you pills or injections which is temporary .
