Pain/ Swell=overuse: Hs strains can be tricky to overcome. To keep your overall fitness during recovery consider upper body/ core circuit training (include ube). Walking may be fine depending on your stage of recovery & the intensity of walk. If pain & swelling present, decrease intensity/ duration of exercise...
