Cyst or lipoma: without the physical exam it is hard to say. Most likely it is either a cyst or a lipoma. Both of these can get larger over time. See your local surgeon for possible excision.

For over a year now my forehead and right cheek has clusters of acne some big some small. What is the cause and how to get rid of them?
Bumps on middle of forehead. Painful and itchy. Started as 5 or 6 small bumps and are now 2 big ones. Swollen lymph nodes on left side of neck/jaw.
