Cramping off depo: Depo is a hormone so with the change that occurs with withdrawal there can be dysfunction but would still have it checked out and make sure not a vaginal infection like mycoplasma/ ureoplasma or yeast ( any discharge?), check for UTI ,and may consider sonogram check for cysts,
