Miss period?: Home pregnancy test should be done 5 or more days after a missed period. Negative result on a test done too early does not rule out pregnancy. You may wish to repeat the test at 5-6 days after a missed period, use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.

Pregnancy: why did you take a pregnancy test in the first place? If you have had unprotected intercourse then the symptoms are very likely due to pregnancy. If not then matter how many periods you've missed, the symptoms are not due to pregnancy.
