Various modalies: Going to the doctor is the first recommendation. In the case where this is impossible, there are several remedies to include enema (this may be the best) or a suppository. Oral remedies would include liquid magnesium citrate or milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide). Would need to visit a pharmacy to see what is available in your area. Constipation that is not resolved can become a surgical emergency.

Walgreens Miralax (polyethylene glycol): I suggest you try Walgreens Miralax (polyethylene glycol) or Walgreens Magnesium Citrate. Also Sitz baths for twenty minutes and possibly a us old suppository at night. When you have insurance you can follow-up with your primary care physician.
