Could be: You have two risk factors, smoking and family Hx. Your age and gender r in your favor. Need a more complete history about your chest sx to decide how suggestive they are for heart disease. Eg. Duration, cause, nature of the "pain", etc. See your doc to parse this out. Good luck.
